In the Buddhist religion, it is believed that, Anavatapta, where Maya took bath before the birth of lord Buddha. Dirapuk Monastery
Dirapuk Monastery is one of the most spritual attractions point of kailash parvat yatra, travelers can have the closest view of mount Kailash northface from this place. It is believed that Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) had mediated here, and his footprint can still be seen in a rock. The monastery also holds thangkas (Tibetan Buddhist Paintings). Zuthulphuk Monastery

Dolma La Pass
Dolma La Pass is the highest point of the Kailash Kora at 5,650 meters above sea level. Dolma La is an incredibly powerful for those on pilgrimage adi kailash yatra. The climb up to Dolma La is steep and strenuous; it’s common for pilgrims to undertake this section in the early morning hours in order to pass over the heights before weather patterns change in the afternoon. Tarboche and Yama Dwar
Tarboche, a short drive from Darchen, is renowned for its enormous prayer flagpole and marks the trailhead of the Kailash Kora. Every Saga Dawa (the fourth month of the Tibetan calendar), the pole is lowered and then re-erected. This event attracts pilgrims from all over Tibet. Yama Dwar, which means “The Gate of the Lord of Death,” is located near Tarboche. It is represented by a simple chorten (Buddhist wayside shrine), which pilgrims pass before entering Kailash’s sacred domain. Here, blessings are often gathered in preparation for what lies ahead on this demanding circumambulation. At this spot, you will get one of your first great views south towards the southern face of Mount Kailash, as well as a view down the valley.
Kailash Glaciers
The glaciers located at the height of 5,200m and 5,700m, respectively, feed into three of Asia’s most holy rivers – Indus, Sutlej, and Brahmaputra. Today is the Highlighted Day of This Journey. You Will Wake Up Very Early Morning and Have Breakfast in The Hotel. We Are Going to Reach the Holy Lake “Manasarovar & Mt. Kailash” Which Is Our Ultimate Goal. On The Way, We Will Driving Through the Highest Motorable Pass of This Journey (Mayum-La; 5200 M.).
Pack Lunch Will Be Served Somewhere Near Horchu River, Before The Mayum-La Pass. We Will Carry Some Fruits, Juice, Biscuits or Bread On Alternative Basis. Today We Will Make Parikrama of Lake Manasarovar by 70% Of Its Circular and Stay Overnight in Chiu Gompa Camp. Day 09: Drive to Sherson (11 Km / 30 Min) & Start Trek to Deraphuk (4920 M.) – 14 Km / 5 Hrs
Morning After Breakfast Drive to Sherson Near Yama Dwar. From Yama Dwar, You Will Start Trekking to Diraphuk (North Face of Kailash). Today Trekking Is Moderate Walk with Flat Trails and Gradual Up Following Glacier River Alongside. On The Mid Way, We Will Halt for A While at Tea Shop for Pack Lunch. Then Continue Slight Uphill Trek to Diraphuk Camp with Beautiful Glimpse of North Face of Mt. Kailash.

Day 10: Trek Shivasthal – Gaurikunda – Zutulphuk (4820 M.) – 22 Km / 9 Hrs
This Is the Toughest Day of Parikrama. The Journey Right from The Beginning Starts Going Uphill till To Dolma-La (5600 M.) Then Continue Descending to The Valley Floor, The Other Side of Dolma-La Pass. Dropping Down from High Pass, You Will Be Lucky to Site Beautiful Holy Lake – Gauri Kunda at The Right Side Underneath of Hill. After Continue Descending Valley, You Will Cross Short Glacier Path and Then Will Find Tea Shop for Lunch Break. Then After Continue Easy Walk On Flat Trail but Tedious with Feel of Similar Landscape Around and Never Ending. The Last Leg of the Journey Is Along with The River Bank, Up to Zuthulphuk. The High Light of the Day Are Shivasthal, Dolma-La and Gauri Kunda Which Are On the Way.

Day 11: End Trek (11 Km / 2 Hrs) And Drive to Saga (4400 M) – 480 Km / 7 Hrs
Today, The Trail Is Easy & Flat About 7 Km Distance, So You Will Complete the Journey Within 2 Hours. We Will Be Picked Up at The Ending Point Near Darchen by Our Vehicle, Then Transfer to Darchen, Here You Will Get Pack Lunch and Continue to Saga Along with All Group Members. You Will Have Another Opportunity to View Lake Manasarovar On the Way. We Will Be Drop Off at Manasarovar Bus Stand by Eco-Green Bus of Ngari Region and Will Shift to Our Another Private Bus from Lhasa. Then Our Journey Will Retrace Back Through Same Way to Saga.
